The week begins with communication planet Mercury turning retrograde (for three and a half weeks). Unexpected glitches and misunderstandings often arise during Mercury retrograde periods, so take great care with any form of communication and back up all data on your devices. The Libra Full Moon on Tuesday may bring to a head some of the issues faced during the past week or so – particularly those involving conflict between personal goals and shared goals. You may find a detached perspective emerging where you can see how to honour both your own needs and the needs of others. While the Moon in Scorpio from Wednesday until Friday night encourages reflection on the darker side of situations, it can help us to see where transformation is needed.
By Friday the planet of change, Uranus, makes its presence strongly felt as it unites with the Aries Sun. The Easter break may bring a new perspective – the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to longstanding issues. For some there may be a sudden urge to make a break with someone or something that has been standing in the way of constructive change.
Venus finally resumes direct motion on Sunday, after a six-week retrograde phase that caused us to reflect on our relationships. Matters connected with Venus – including relationships, artistic activities and ways to beautify your home – will flow more easily now. The things we learned while Venus was retrograde can be used to make beneficial changes, hopefully increasing our ability to give and receive love… the cog in the wheel of life upon which so much is hinged.
